Allison
Practice Manager
Allison is our Practice Manager bringing over 16 years of experience to the team, including over 4 years in management at McKid Medical. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and patient-focused environment.
As a local, Allison is passionate about making healthcare accessible to everyone in the community. The creation of Centre Street Medical has been a rewarding team project led by Allison. She is driven to ensure the practice provides comprehensive care for the whole family and is committed to supporting services that meet the diverse needs of the community, including improving access to care for all.
Allison has a strong interest in integrating allied health services and staying aligned with government health initiatives. She is dedicated to expanding services that enhance patient outcomes.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her family.
Maddison
Assistant Practice Manager
Maddison is our Assistant Practice Manager and plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.
As a local with a young family, Maddison has a strong connection to the community and understands the importance of accessible, high-quality healthcare. She works closely with the team to help ensure the practice runs efficiently, while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
Maddison has been working in healthcare for a number of years and brings valuable experience to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys heading to the coast and spending time with her horses.
Meleah
Receptionist
Meleah is a welcoming member of our reception team, and is passionate about providing a friendly and supportive experience for all patients.
Having recently returned to the area with her young family, Meleah values community connection and enjoys the lifestyle that country living offers. She is proud to be part of a practice committed to improving access to healthcare and supporting the growth of local health services.
Meleah is always happy to help with appointments and enquiries, ensuring your visit to the practice runs smoothly.
Andrea
Business Manager
Andrea is our Business Manager and brings over a decade of experience in healthcare to the team, including eight years as Practice Manager at McKid Medical in Kyogle. She also played a key role in bringing Centre Street Medical to life, helping turn a vision for better local healthcare into reality.
Andrea is known for her problem-solving mindset and persistence, always working through challenges until she finds the right solution. She’s also the go-to person when something needs fixing around the practice.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys life on her family’s farm and keeping up with her children’s busy schedules as a piano, art, and sport mum, often on the road for classes, training, and games.
